Infrastructure Description

  • Within LISP IV is a network of 24-meter right-of-way (R-O-W) entrance road, 22-meter R-O-W main roads and 15-meter R-O-W service roads with pedestrian lanes and planting strips
  • Power will have direct connection to the national transmission line of National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) through a 69KV dedicated sub-transmission line to LISP IV’s own power sub-station with an initial capacity of 50 MVA. From the sub-station, power will be distributed at 34.5KV and stepped down to 440/220V at the customer service entrance.
  • The Centralized Waste Water Treatment Facility with a capacity of 12,000 cubic meters per day process effluents with up to 400 ppm Biochemical Oxygen Demand ("BOD")

Hermosa Ecozone Industrial Park (HEIP)

Hermosa Ecozone Industrial Park (HEIP) is a world-class industrial estate strategically located in the middle of the country’s growth corridor of Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Zambales and Clark Special Economic Zone in Pampanga.

  • Part of a 480-hectare planned mixed-use property development located in Hermosa, Bataan
  • Highly accessible via the Dinalupihan Interchange of the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway – the major link between Subic Bay Freeport Zone and Clark Special Economic Zone

Infrastructure Description

  • Within HEIP is a network of 22-meter Right-of-Way main road and 15-meter Right-of-Way service road with pedestrian lane and planting strip. HEIP’s road is within the prescribed international standards and wide enough to easily accommodate fully loaded 40-footer container trucks.
  • Power supplied by Peninsula Electric Cooperative (PENELCO) is very stable because it is coming from a 69KV transmission line to an upgradeable sub-station within HEIP with a capacity of 30MW (expandable). From the sub-station, power is distributed at 13.2KV and can be stepped down to 440/220V at the customer service entrance.
  • Water is supplied by deepwells and water recycling facility through a dual piping system with a total capacity of 18,000 cubic meters per day.
